Reservations
We suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes early prior to your service so you may relax and enjoy yourself.  With respect to you and our other guests, if you are late for your appointment we will be happy to provide you with the remaining portion of your allotted service time.
 
Cancellations
Why would you deprive yourself of our services? When booking an appointment, we will ask for a major credit card or gift card.  Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment , you r credit card or gift card will be charged for the full amount of services booked.  We will make every attempt to rebook your allotted time, if so no charge will be incurred if we are able to fill your cancelled appointment time. 
For the safety of our guests and therapists, SpaVana will close during heavy snow storms over 6" and no cancellation charges will be incurred. Please call 401-293-0920 to confirm.
 
Considerations
With respect to you and our other guests, we have created a serene place to escape. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa, and enjoy quiet conversation.  Children are a blessing, but with respect to our other guests, unless they are enjoying a service please make arrangements for your little ones prior to arriving.
 
Gratuity
Although it is not expected gratuities are not included in any of our service prices and may be given at your discretion. Envelopes are provided
at the reception desk. Gratuities may be given in cash or local bank check only made out to the therapist.
 
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be redeemed  for any merchandise or service in our spa.  Although they are non -refundable, gift certificates are fully transferable, never expire or lose value.  Hold on tight, SpaVana cannot be held responsible for lost gift certificates.

Location
All roads lead to SpaVana,well almost, we are conveniently located just off West Main Rd Route114 in beautiful Portsmouth, RI.  Just a short drive from Newport, Mount Hope, and Sakonnet Bridges and surrounding towns.  From Massachusetts or Providence follow interstate 195 to Route 24 to the very end and it will turn into Route 114 West Main Rd. After the second traffic light we are on the right hand side in the new Clock Tower Square Plaza directly behind the award winning Custom House Coffee.  Click here for more specific directions.
